Frozen S’mores

Ingredients:

  • Graham crackers
  • Marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
  • Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • Optional: Crushed nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Break graham crackers into squares.
    • If you’re using marshmallow fluff, spoon it onto a graham cracker square. If using mini marshmallows, you can place a few on the cracker.
    • Sprinkle chocolate chips or chunks over the marshmallow.
  2. Create S’mores Sandwiches:
    • Top the chocolate with another graham cracker square, creating a sandwich.
    • Repeat this process for as many Frozen S’mores as you’d like to make.
  3. Assembly:
    • If you’re using ice cream or frozen yogurt, let it soften for a few minutes to make it easier to work with.
    • Place a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt on top of each S’mores sandwich.
  4. Optional Toppings:
    • Roll the edges of the ice cream in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
  5. Freezing:
    • Place the assembled Frozen S’mores on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
    • Freeze for at least 1-2 hours or until the ice cream is firm.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Once frozen, take the treats out of the freezer.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Frozen S’mores!
