Frozen S’mores

Ingredients:
- Graham crackers
- Marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows
- Chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- Optional: Crushed nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut for topping
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Break graham crackers into squares.
- If you’re using marshmallow fluff, spoon it onto a graham cracker square. If using mini marshmallows, you can place a few on the cracker.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips or chunks over the marshmallow.
- Create S’mores Sandwiches:
- Top the chocolate with another graham cracker square, creating a sandwich.
- Repeat this process for as many Frozen S’mores as you’d like to make.
- Assembly:
- If you’re using ice cream or frozen yogurt, let it soften for a few minutes to make it easier to work with.
- Place a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt on top of each S’mores sandwich.
- Optional Toppings:
- Roll the edges of the ice cream in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
- Freezing:
- Place the assembled Frozen S’mores on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 1-2 hours or until the ice cream is firm.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Once frozen, take the treats out of the freezer.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Frozen S’mores!
