Fluffy guilt free pancakes

These are the best fluffy guilt free pancakes! Weight watchers points breakdown -These are 2pts for 2 or 4 pts for 3. So fluffy. I like syrup and the one I use is 1 pt for 1/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup + 2 Tablespoons water
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix
  2. until fully blended. Cook on griddle
  3. heated to medium or in a pan.

Recipe Notes

Makes 12 pancakes, 1 weight watchers point each!
