Easy Keto Chocolate Frosty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: Sugar-free chocolate chips, whipped cream, or shaved dark chocolate (85% or higher).

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients:
    In a blender, combine the heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and ice cubes. Blend on high until thick and creamy.
  2. Adjust sweetness:
    Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a bit more sweetener.
  3. Chill (optional):
    If you prefer it thicker, place the mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve and enjoy:
    Pour into a glass or bowl, top with your favorite keto toppings, and enjoy your delicious, creamy keto chocolate frosty!
