Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert,

Ingredients:
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (optional)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Measure out the desiccated coconut and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- If you’re using chopped nuts or dried fruits, prepare them by chopping into small pieces.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bowl with the desiccated coconut.
- Add the vanilla extract if you’re using it.
- Stir the mixture until the coconut is thoroughly coated with the condensed milk.
- Add Optional Ingredients:
- If you’re using chopped nuts or dried fruits, fold them into the mixture until evenly distributed.
- Shape the Mixture:
- Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into small balls or spoonfuls. You can also press it into a baking dish and cut it into squares later.
- Set the Dessert:
- Place the shaped mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until the dessert is firm and set.
- Serve:
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and serve.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
