Easy Air Fryer Tomatoes Recipe

Quick, easy & full of flavor, our air fryer tomatoes are so good! Bursting with Mediterranean flavor, Italian seasoning is a tasty way to make delicious roasted tomatoes. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack, the whole family will love this easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F/205°C.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to a large mixing bowl. Add extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss to coat. Transfer the tomato halves to your air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, turning the tomatoes halfway to ensure they cook evenly. Notes

  • Do you have to peel tomatoes before air frying them? Not at all. To roast tomatoes, simply wash them and cook them in their skins.
