Easy Air Fryer Mushrooms Recipe (Quick and Easy)

Mouthwateringly delicious our easy air fryer mushrooms are perfect every time! Make in just 25 minutes. Perfectly seasoned and all cooked in the air fryer, we think you’ll become as obsessed as we are with them. Dip them in your favorite dipping sauce or serve them as a delicious side dish!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces baby Bella mushrooms (chestnut) cleaned and cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedge to serve

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 F/205 C.
  • Cut your mushrooms in half and place them in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and pepper.   • Air fry the mushrooms until they have started to crisp on the edges, approximately 10 – 15 minutes, shaking your air fryer basket to cook evenly, when prompted by your machine. If you have a smaller air fryer you may have to cook the mushrooms in batches. Remove from the air fryer basket, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Notes

Don’t overcrowd: Resist the temptation to put too many mushrooms in at once, the air needs to be able to circulate around the mushrooms.

Keep a watch: Different air fryers cook at different times, so keep a watch on your mushrooms, they may need more or less time.

Storage: Keep your mushrooms in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
