Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced) or ground beef
- ½ cup pizza sauce (low-carb if desired)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup sliced olives
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin, layer your meat at the bottom.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the meat.
- Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if you like it spicy.
- Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or oregano if desired and enjoy hot!
