Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced) or ground beef
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (low-carb if desired)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced olives
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin, layer your meat at the bottom.
  3. Spoon the pizza sauce over the meat.
  4. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if you like it spicy.
  6. Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or oregano if desired and enjoy hot!
