  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss them until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the dry rub mixture over the chicken wings, tossing them again to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  5. Arrange the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other too closely.
  6. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once cooked through and crispy, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve your crispy dry rub chicken wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them as they are!
