Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes (russet or baking potatoes work best)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Coarse salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Potatoes:
    • Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
    • Use a skewer or fork to prick holes all over the potatoes (this helps release steam during cooking).
  2. Season:
    • Rub the potatoes with olive oil, making sure they are coated evenly.
    • Sprinkle coarse salt generously over the potatoes. This step ensures a crunchy, flavorful skin.
  3. Air Fry:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for a few minutes.

  4. Check for Doneness:
