Creamy Vanilla Happiness Dessert

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream (for tang)
- Optional toppings: shaved keto chocolate, berries, nuts, or cinnamon
🔥 Instructions:
- Whip the cream:
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Set aside. - Mix the base:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add vanilla, sweetener, salt, and yogurt/sour cream (if using). Beat until fluffy. - Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined and airy. - Chill & serve:
Spoon into small dessert cups. Chill for 20–30 minutes (or eat right away if you can’t wait!). - Top it off:
Sprinkle with cinnamon, add berries, or drizzle with a little sugar-free chocolate syrup.

- Want it firmer? Freeze for 10–15 minutes before serving.
