Creamy Vanilla Happiness Dessert

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Β½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream (for tang)
  • Optional toppings: shaved keto chocolate, berries, nuts, or cinnamon

  1. Whip the cream:
    In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.
  2. Mix the base:
    In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    Add vanilla, sweetener, salt, and yogurt/sour cream (if using). Beat until fluffy.
  3. Combine:
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined and airy.
  4. Chill & serve:
    Spoon into small dessert cups. Chill for 20–30 minutes (or eat right away if you can’t wait!).
  5. Top it off:
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, add berries, or drizzle with a little sugar-free chocolate syrup.
