Creamy lemon and cinnamon dessert

Ingredients

3 egg yolks

10 g of vanilla sugar

30 g of cornstarch

50 g of stevia

70 cl of milk

Ground Cinnamon

Zest of 1 lemon

Preparation

How to make the creamy dessert with lemon and cinnamon?

In a saucepan, heat the milk with the pieces of citrus zest, without boiling it.

In a bowl, whisk the yolks with the vanilla sugar and stevia.

Stir in the cornstarch.

Remove the lemon zest and add the yolks to the milk.

Thicken, whipping constantly.

Transfer the cream to a glass dish.

Refrigerate for an hour.

Sift cinnamon on top and serve.

The creamy lemon and cinnamon dessert is ready to be enjoyed.
