Creamy garlic mushrooms and bacon recipe


  • 12 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Instructions:
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add diced bacon. Cook until crispy.
  • Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  • Add bacon back to skillet and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over rice, pasta or as a side dish.

  • Note: you can add different herbs as per your taste.
