Cowboy Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup of tamed jalapeños, drained and finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup of roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
  2. Fold in the jalapeños, red peppers, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt, stirring until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate the spread for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with a selection of crackers, pretzel sticks, vegetable sticks, or cornbread.
