Cowboy Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup of tamed jalapeños, drained and finely chopped
- ⅓ cup of roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of chili powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
- Fold in the jalapeños, red peppers, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt, stirring until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Refrigerate the spread for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with a selection of crackers, pretzel sticks, vegetable sticks, or cornbread.
