Coffee and Walnut Cake

Had my air fryer two weeks now and trialling everything. First time making a cake ingredients below. Will probably adjust cooking time as I could have taken it out a little earlier I think.

Recipe below makes two 1lb cake pans full when I made it I adjusted for one and used two eggs:

6 oz or 175g butter

6 oz or 175g dark brown sugar

3 eggs, beaten

6 oz or 175g self-raising flour, sifted

2 oz or 55g walnuts, chopped

1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp warm water

Icing:

6 oz or 175g icing sugar/powdered sugar, sifted

3 oz or 85g butter, softened

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp warm water

walnuts, to decorate

Cream butter and sugar together and gradually add the rest of the ingredients

I cooked on Bake at 150 for 45 mins as I didn’t want it to cook too fast with not being sure of the cook times, but someone here may recommend a better temp and cook time x
