Air Fryer Cheese Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley (optional)
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the bread: Using a sharp knife, make diagonal cuts in the bread, about 1 inch apart, without cutting all the way through the bottom. Turn the loaf and make similar cuts perpendicular to the first set, creating a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Mix the butter and seasonings: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and dried parsley, if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Brush the bread: Using a pastry brush, generously brush the melted butter mixture inside the cuts of the bread, making sure to get it in between each piece.
  5. Add the cheese: Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese in between the cuts of the bread, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Wrap the bread: Wrap the prepared loaf in aluminum foil, leaving the top slightly open to allow air to circulate.
  7. Air fry the bread: Place the wrapped bread in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is crispy on the outside.
  8. Serve: Carefully remove the bread from the air fryer and unwrap it. Place it on a serving plate and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
