Chocolate peanut butter fluff

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it begins to thicken.
- Add powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the whipped cream.
- Continue whipping until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture forms stiff peaks.
- Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped peanuts or a drizzle of melted chocolate before serving.
