Chocolate peanut butter fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it begins to thicken.
  2. Add powdered sweetener, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the whipped cream.
  3. Continue whipping until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture forms stiff peaks.
  4. Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Optional: Garnish with chopped peanuts or a drizzle of melted chocolate before serving.
