Chicken thigh fillet with Oriental marinade from the Airfryer

Ingredients for the marinade (for 500 grams of chicken thigh fillet):

  • generous dash of ketjap manis
  • small dash of sunflower oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • little sambal
  • A little bit of finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar


  • Mix everything together until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Cut the chicken into pieces and place them in a plastic bag together with the marinade.
  • Marinate this for at least 2 hours (preferably longer).
  • Preheat the Airfryer to 200 degrees and fry the chicken for about 9 minutes (shake once in between).

Delicious with rice!
