Chicken thigh fillet with Oriental marinade from the Airfryer
Ingredients for the marinade (for 500 grams of chicken thigh fillet):
- generous dash of ketjap manis
- small dash of sunflower oil
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- little sambal
- A little bit of finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation:
- Mix everything together until the sugar has dissolved.
- Cut the chicken into pieces and place them in a plastic bag together with the marinade.
- Marinate this for at least 2 hours (preferably longer).
- Preheat the Airfryer to 200 degrees and fry the chicken for about 9 minutes (shake once in between).
Delicious with rice!
