Chicken and Green Bell Peppers Stir-fry Recipe

🍂Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

🍂Instructions:

1.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2.Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

3.Add the green bell pepper and garlic, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

4.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and cornstarch until well combined.

5.Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir to coat the chicken and vegetables.

6.Stir in the vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger.
Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.

7.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8.Serve over rice.
