Cherry Cheesecake Jars:

Ingredients:
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press a tablespoon or two of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each jar to form the crust.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
- Gently fold in the Greek yogurt until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Assemble the Jars:
- Spoon or pipe a layer of the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in each jar, leaving room for the cherry topping.
- Add the Cherry Topping:
- Spoon a generous amount of cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer in each jar.
- Chill:
- Place the jars in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, allowing the cheesecake to set.
- Optional Toppings:
- Before serving, you can add a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a decorative touch.
- Serve:
