  • Spaghetti squash is affordable, easy to work with, and has a delicate flavor that goes with everything! And the combination of seasoned beef, marinara, and loads of cheesy parmesan will make this a meal to remember.
  • Prepped, cooked, and on the table in less time than oven-baking. Air fryers are a kitchen must-have for this hearty, healthy main dish.
  • Prep and bake in advance and reheat throughout the week for lunches and dinners.


  • ▢1 medium spaghetti squash 3 lbs
  • ▢1 pound lean ground beef
  • ▢1 small onion diced
  • ▢2 cloves garlic minced
  • ▢24 ounces marinara sauce or pasta sauce
  • ▢1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ▢1 cup cheese + extra for topping mozzarella or cheddar, shredded
  • ▢½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • ▢salt & pepper to taste


  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F. Slice the spaghetti squash in half, scoop out the seeds and discard.

  • Brush the squash with olive oil and place in the air fryer cut side up and cook for 25-30 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Once the squash is cooked, gently scrape the insides into a large bowl and set it aside. Reserve the shells for filling.

prepare sauce

  • Increase the temperature of the Air Fryer to 380°F.
  • Mix ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic in a bowl. *see note Place the beef mixture in the air fryer basket and use a spoon to spread it out a little bit. Cook for 5 minutes and use a spoon to break up the meat. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the beef is browned and no pink remains. Drain any fat.
  • Combine the marinara sauce with the ground beef and Italian seasoning in an air fryer safe pan or bowl. Return to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until bubbly.


  • While the sauce is cooking combine the cheese with the cooked spaghetti squash and place it back into the squash shell.
  • Top with the ground beef mixture. Top with extra shredded cheese.
  • Place the squash back into the air fryer and cook for 7-9 minutes or until the cheese is melted.


To make it easy to cut spaghetti squash, poke it with a fork a few times and microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Option: If preferred the ground beef mixture and the sauce can be prepared on the stovetop while the squash is roasting in the air fryer.

  •  Brown the beef, onion and garlic in a pan. Drain fat.
  • Add sauce ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.

Ensure your bowl or container for the sauce is air fryer safe.

Leftover spaghetti sauce or meat sauce can be used in place of the home-made sauce.

Old Bay Wings

Old Bay Wings are a Baltimore favorite. This healthier flavorful version uses an air fryer machine for crisp tender wings with less added fat.


  • 3 lb chicken wing sections
  • 1 1/2 tsp old bay
  • Canola oil spray
  • 4 c water
  • 3 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 lemons quartered
  • 1/2 yellow onion chopped


Optional Brine

  • Toss the wing sections and yellow onion in a large mixing bowl. Squeeze the juice from lemon quarters over the wings followed by the salt and peppercorns. Pour the water into the bowl and let it sit for 4-6 hours.

Air Fryer Method

  • After removing the chicken from the brine, thoroughly pat the pieces dry with paper towels. Layer the dry wings on a baking sheet and lightly spray them with canola oil. Sprinkle the chicken with the old bay seasoning.
  • Place the wings onto the air fryer racks in a sigle layer. Set the temperature to 400° for 12 minutes. After the first 12 minutes, flip the wings over and rotate the racks if applicable. Cook for another 10-12 minutes.

Oven Method

  • You can make these wings in the oven using the same ingredients. Preheat the oven to 475°. Layer the wings on a baking sheet fitted with a wire rack and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove the old bay wings to a platter and serve immediately.

Air Fryer Garlic Bread

Air fryer garlic bread is just too good. You can make simple yet tasty and crispy garlic bread from scratch.You can cook your garlic bread in an air fryer to perfection. You can have the garlic bread with your favorite spaghetti, soup as a side dish, or have it with coffee.It goes perfectly with anything you want to eat with. So, let’s get started with the air fryer garlic bread recipe.


  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 ½ tablespoon butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • freshly chopped parsley
  • cheese (any)


  • Preheat your air fryer at 190C/380F degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter, garlic, cheese, and parsley stir it well to combine all.1 ½ tablespoon butter,1 tablespoon garlic,freshly chopped parsley,cheese
  • Spread the butter mixture on top of the bread with the help of a knife.
  • 4 slices bread
  • Put the bread in your air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes at 190C/380F. Check them halfway through cooking, you can also add cheese to the bread at this time if you want.
  • Serve hot air fryer garlic bread and enjoy.
