chaffle sandwich

I made my 1st chaffle tonight. I’ve had the chaffle maker for over a year, and I’ve been missing out! I used 1/2 cup of Monterrey jack, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of almond flour, and a tsp of baking powder (plus some garlic salt and onion powder). Only 2.4 total carbs! I feel more comfortable with that than the processed keto breads. I can’t wait to try more recipes.
