Caramel no bake cookies
Ingredients
8 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup of brown sugar replacement
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1 cup pecan halves roughly chopped
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 sugar free chocolate chips.
Instructions
Melt butter and brn sugar until dissolved then add heavy cream, cook until thick about 10 minutes add coconut and pecans drop onto Parchment lined cookie sheet add chocolate chips to the top and refrigerate about an hour and enjoy
