BUTTER CHIVE RED POTATOES IN AIR FRYER

Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Red Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter – melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Chives

Instructions

  1. Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to greased air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes, toss half way through. Check tenderness then cook 3-5 more minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
  3. Transfer potatoes to large bowl. Toss with melted butter and chives. Serve hot.

  5. Cooking time varies depending on each air fryer brand. I have owned several different air fryers and each brand cooked very differently. Check after 10 minutes then cook longer as needed.
