Blueberry airfryer Bread!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil or cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the greased air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
- Place the basket into the preheated air fryer and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once done, carefully remove the bread from the air fryer and allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
