Air Fryer Recipes

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for garnish

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the steak bites to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
  5. Air fry the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  6. Once cooked to your desired level of doneness (adjust timing based on your preference and the thickness of the steak), remove the steak bites from the air fryer.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
