Banana pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup bread flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 Tbs sugar (raw)
2 Tsp cinnamon
Chia seeds (optional, for more protein)
1 cup non dairy milk
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
2 Tsp vanilla (or more if you ❤️ vanilla)
1 lrg banana
(Mix 1 cup n/d milk with apple cider vinegar to make buttermilk)
Mash banana, then mix in wet ingredients
Mix dry ingredients
Combine, don’t over mix
*I use bread flour for this recipe because it gives the pancakes extra height and better fluffiness
***Add more milk if it looks too dry..
Pour 1/3 cup at a time on a medium high griddle
Makes 11 medium sized pancakes
