Bacon Cheddar Dill Pickle Bites

8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1⁄2 C. Dill Pickle, chopped or Dill Relish
1⁄2 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1⁄2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tablespoon. Pickle juice
1 tablespoon. dill
1 C. Bacon Crumbles, microwave 30 seconds

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with 1/2 C. microwaved bacon bits, pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, pickle juice, chopped dill, and garlic powder. Mix until very well combined.
Spread remaining 1/2 C. microwaved bacon bits on a plate. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop mixture into balls (5 at a time) on bacon plate. Roll pickle balls in bacon bits to coat the outside. Place on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Entertainment!
