ASY AIR FRYER CHEESEBURGER EGG ROLLS

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease, then transfer the cooked beef to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix Ingredients: To the bowl with the cooked ground beef, add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Prepare Egg Rolls: Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner pointing towards you (like a diamond). Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Roll Egg Rolls: Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly towards the remaining corner. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper to seal the egg roll.
  5. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Air Fry Egg Rolls: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the assembled egg rolls in the basket, seam side down, making sure they’re not touching each other. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  7. Cook: Air fry the egg rolls at 380°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  8. Serve: Once cooked, remove the cheeseburger egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ketchup, mustard, or a creamy ranch dressing…
