ASY AIR FRYER CHEESEBURGER EGG ROLLS

Ingredients:

For the Filling:

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembling:

Egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add diced onions to the cooked beef and sauté until they become translucent.
Remove the skillet from heat, and add the diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
Lay an egg roll wrapper in front of you in a diamond shape with one corner facing you.
Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of the wrapper.
Roll the Egg Rolls:
Fold the bottom corner up over the filling.
Fold in the sides, and then roll the wrapper up tightly, sealing the top corner with a dab of water.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Air Fry the Egg Rolls:
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Remove the air-fried cheeseburger egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute.
Serve with additional ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces.
