AIR FRYER SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or jarred, drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a little kick

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer: Set it to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dip: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Prepare the dish: Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer basket.
  4. Cook: Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer and let it cool slightly. Serve with crackers, chips, or sliced veggies.
