Air Fryer Recipes

Air Fryer Sausage

  • Sausages of your choice (pork, chicken, turkey, etc.)
  • Olive oil spray (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Sausages: If your sausages are fresh, you may need to prick them with a fork to prevent bursting while cooking. If they’re frozen, ensure they’re thawed completely before cooking.
  3. Season (Optional): If desired, lightly spray the sausages with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt and pepper for added flavor.
  4. Arrange in the Air Fryer: Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
  5. Cooking: Cook the sausages in the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the sausages and the power of your air fryer. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for pork or 165°F (74°C) for poultry.
  6. Serve: Once cooked through and browned to your liking, remove the sausages from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy: Serve the sausages hot with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, vegetables, or a fresh salad.
