Air Fryer Recipes
air fryer roasted garlic

Ingredients:
- Whole garlic bulbs
- Olive oil
- Salt (optional)
- Pepper (optional)
- Herbs like rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Garlic: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel the Garlic: Peel away the loose, papery outer layers of the garlic bulb, leaving the cloves intact. Trim about ¼ to ½ inch off the top of the cloves to expose them slightly.
- Season: Drizzle a little olive oil over each garlic bulb. Optionally, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs like rosemary or thyme for extra flavor.
- Wrap: Individually wrap each seasoned garlic bulb loosely in aluminum foil. This helps to keep the garlic moist while allowing it to roast evenly.
- Air Fry: Place the wrapped garlic bulbs in the air fryer basket. Make sure they’re not too crowded to allow air circulation. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the bulbs halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for Doneness: After 25 minutes, carefully unwrap one bulb to check for doneness. The garlic should be soft and caramelized with a golden brown color. If it needs more time, return it to the air fryer for a few more minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Once done, remove the garlic bulbs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before handling. Serve the roasted garlic cloves as a flavorful spread on bread, mashed into potatoes, or added to pasta dishes and sauces.
