Air Fryer Roasted Edamame Recipe

Another great snack idea, Air Fryer Roasted Edamame. This easy vegan air fryer recipe makes a wonderful healthy snack or appetizer. Fresh edamame roasted to perfection and served with a soy sesame dip.

Ingredients

  • 10-12 ounces Fresh Edamame
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick.
  2. Toss edamame with oil and sprinkle with salt. Arrange in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 380ºF for 8-10 minutes. (add 2-3 minutes cook-time for frozen edamame)
  4. Mix soy sauce and sesame oil to serve alongside edamame.
