Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil
  • Muffin tin or silicone egg cups

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Lightly grease the muffin tin or silicone egg cups with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Carefully crack one egg into each cup of the muffin tin or silicone egg cups. You can season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Place the muffin tin or silicone egg cups into the preheated air fryer basket.
  5. Cook the eggs in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Cooking times may vary depending on your specific air fryer model, so keep an eye on them.
  6. Once they’re done, carefully remove the eggs from the air fryer. You can use a spoon to gently lift them out of the cups.
  7. Serve your air fryer “poached” eggs immediately. You can enjoy them on toast, an English muffin, or as a topping for salads, and you can add various toppings like hollandaise sauce, chopped herbs, or smoked salmon…
