Air Fryer Pizza Roll


  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (or your favorite pizza toppings, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing)


  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning. Add the chopped pepperoni or other desired toppings and mix until well combined.
  2. Assemble the Pizza Rolls:
    • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one corner pointing toward you (diamond shape).
    • Place about 2 tablespoons of the pizza mixture near the corner closest to you.
    • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly, sealing the top corner with a dab of water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Air Fry the Pizza Rolls:
    • Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
    • Lightly brush or spray the rolls with olive oil for extra crispiness (optional).
    • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve:
    • Remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with additional pizza sauce for dipping if desired.


  • Ensure the rolls are tightly sealed to prevent the filling from leaking out.
  • Experiment with different fillings such as sausage, veggies, or different cheeses.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to retain crispiness.
