Air fryer Peanut Butter bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), rolled oats, shredded coconut (if using), and mini chocolate chips (if using). Stir until well combined.
  2. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for a few minutes.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the peanut butter balls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each ball to allow for even cooking.
  6. Cook the peanut butter bites in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  7. Once the peanut butter bites are golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Enjoy your homemade Air Fryer Peanut Butter Bites as a delicious snack or dessert!..
