Air fryer jelly doughnuts
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or use homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam (any flavor)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
- Prep the Doughnuts:
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the pieces.
- Use your fingers to flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Add a small dollop of jelly or jam (about 1 teaspoon) in the center of each.
- Fold the dough around the jelly and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Air Frying:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the doughnuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Coating:
- While the doughnuts are still warm, brush them with melted butter.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and roll the doughnuts in the mixture until coated.
- Serve:
- Let the doughnuts cool slightly before enjoying.
