Air fryer Grilled Caprese Made w/ fresh tomato, Mozzarella & bread recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 4 slices of bread (ciabatta or sourdough work well)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic.
- Brush one side of each bread slice with the garlic-infused olive oil mixture.
- Place the bread slices, oiled side down, in the air fryer basket.
- Layer the tomato slices and mozzarella cheese slices on top of the bread slices.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush the remaining garlic-infused olive oil mixture on top of the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Place the air fryer basket back into the air fryer and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, carefully remove the grilled Caprese from the air fryer.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving…
