Air fryer FRITTATA

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (or a milk alternative like almond or soy milk)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or a little oil for greasing the air fryer basket

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the diced vegetables and shredded cheese to the egg mixture, and stir to combine.
  4. Grease the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the greased air fryer basket.
  6. Cook in the preheated air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model, so keep an eye on it. The frittata is done when it’s puffed up, set in the middle, and slightly golden brown on top.
  7. Use a toothpick or knife to check the center; it should come out clean when the frittata is done.
  8. Carefully remove the frittata from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  10. Serve your air fryer frittata with a side salad, some fresh fruit, or your favorite breakfast condiments…
