Air Fryer Eggs

  • Eggs
  • Salt and pepper (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil (optional)

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). This temperature works well for cooking eggs without them getting too tough.
  2. Prepare the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a small bowl, being careful not to break the yolks if you want them to remain intact. You can season with salt and pepper at this stage if desired.
  3. Grease the Air Fryer Basket (Optional): Depending on your air fryer, you may want to spray the basket with cooking spray or lightly brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook the Eggs: Carefully pour the eggs into the preheated air fryer basket. You can either cook them directly in the basket or use silicone egg molds for a neater shape.
  5. Adjust Cooking Time: The cooking time can vary depending on how you like your eggs cooked and the size of your air fryer. For runny yolks, cook for about 5-6 minutes. For firmer yolks or if you’re cooking multiple eggs at once, you may need to increase the cooking time by a couple of minutes.
  6. Check for Doneness: After the initial cooking time, check the eggs to see if they’re done to your liking. If not, you can cook them for an additional minute or so until they reach the desired consistency.
  7. Serve: Once cooked to your liking, carefully remove the eggs from the air fryer basket using a spatula. Serve them immediately as a standalone dish or as part of a larger meal.
  8. Enjoy!: Enjoy your air fryer eggs hot, with toast, avocado, or any other sides you prefer.
