Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Roll by Tracy

Ingredients:

Egg Rolls:

1 pound ground beef

½ white onion, diced

1 teaspoon steak seasoning

1 cup bacon bits (cooked, crumbled bacon)

1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup

8 egg roll wrappers

Water

Cooking spray

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Sauce:

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup yellow mustard

Instructions:

Cook Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes. Add diced onions, steak seasoning, and bacon bits. Continue cooking until onions are soft and beef is browned, about 5 more minutes. Stir in cheddar cheese soup.

Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the cheeseburger mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Roll the wrapper over the beef, tuck the corner under, fold the sides, and seal with water. Repeat.

Prepare for Air Frying: Coat both sides of the egg rolls with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket.

Air Fry: Set the air fryer to 375°F and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.

Serve: Enjoy your crispy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls warm with the burger sauce for dipping.
