Air Fryer Cheese Pull Apart Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley (optional)
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the bread: Using a sharp knife, make diagonal cuts in the bread, about 1 inch apart, without cutting all the way through the bottom. Turn the loaf and make similar cuts perpendicular to the first set, creating a crosshatch pattern.
- Mix the butter and seasonings: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and dried parsley, if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush the bread: Using a pastry brush, generously brush the melted butter mixture inside the cuts of the bread, making sure to get it in between each piece.
- Add the cheese: Stuff the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese in between the cuts of the bread, ensuring even distribution.
- Wrap the bread: Wrap the prepared loaf in aluminum foil, leaving the top slightly open to allow air to circulate.
- Air fry the bread: Place the wrapped bread in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is crispy on the outside.
- Serve: Carefully remove the bread from the air fryer and unwrap it. Place it on a serving plate and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
