Marinate the Cauliflower: Brush the cauliflower steaks generously with the prepared marinade, ensuring each steak is well coated on both sides.
(Optional) Create the Parmesan/breadcrumb Crust: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cauliflower steaks, pressing it gently on both sides to adhere.
Air Fry the Cauliflower: Place the cauliflower steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the steaks halfway through, or until the cauliflower is tender and the Parmesan crust is golden and crispy.
Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower steaks to a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
