Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub.
Pat the boneless pork chops dry with paper towels. This helps the spice rub adhere better to the meat.
Rub both sides of each pork chop with the olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
Sprinkle the spice rub evenly over both sides of each pork chop, pressing it onto the meat to adhere.
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching or overlapping.
Air fry the pork chops at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops and the specific model of your air fryer, so check for doneness with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Once the pork chops are cooked through and have a nice golden-brown crust, remove them from the air fryer.
Let the pork chops rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Enjoy your delicious homemade Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops! You can pair them with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
