Ingredients:
- 1 package of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Blueberry Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix the blueberries, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the blueberries are well coated.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Open the package of crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- On a clean surface, slightly flatten and stretch each triangle to make it a bit larger.
- Fill the Dough:
- Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Carefully roll up the dough from the wide end to the point, encasing the blueberry filling inside. Tuck in the sides to help seal the filling.
- Air Fry:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Place the blueberry roll-ups in the basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the blueberry roll-ups to cool for a few minutes in the basket.
- Remove them and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Tips:
- For a sweeter filling, you can add a bit more sugar to the blueberry mixture.
- Ensure the roll-ups are sealed well to prevent the filling from leaking out during cooking.
- You can experiment with other berries or a mix of fruits for different flavors.
