Air fryer bang bang salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste for spice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined. This is your Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them.
  5. Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets. Check for doneness halfway through and adjust the cooking time if needed.
  6. Once the salmon is cooked through and flaky, remove it from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving plate.
  7. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon fillets, or you can serve it on the side for dipping.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  9. Serve the Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon hot with your favorite side dishes, such as rice or steamed vegetables.
