Air Fryer Banana Chips

Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly into rounds, about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
  3. If you’re concerned about the bananas browning, you can lightly brush them with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they’re not overlapping to ensure even cooking.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle some cinnamon over the banana slices for added flavor.
  6. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  7. If you prefer your banana chips sweeter, you can drizzle them with honey after they come out of the air fryer.
  8. Once done, remove the banana chips from the air fryer and let them cool completely before enjoying.
