CRAB SEAFOOD SALAD
Ingredients:
- 1 cup crab meat (imitation or fresh, shredded)
- ½ cup cooked shrimp (optional, peeled and chopped)
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ¼ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper (optional for color)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp (if using), cucumber, celery, and bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
