Delicious Muffin Pan Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line it with paper liners.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Mix until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Add Optional Ingredients: Gently fold in chocolate chips or nuts, if using.
  5. Fill the Muffin Pan: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about halfway.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
