Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Fruit Salad:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- (Optional) 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like pecans or walnuts) for added crunch
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is fluffy and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Prepare the Fruit Salad:
- Wash and prepare the berries. Pat them dry to remove excess water.
- Combine:

- Chill:
